The pale eye supports an age of 3CY. The bird looks as though it has 2nd generation tertials, scapulars and inner greater coverts, but still retains its juvenile outer greater coverts, unless those inner greaters and lower scapulars are 3rd generation feathers of atypical appearance. The primaries look pointed, suggesting juvenile feathers, but they look fresh.
