This small, slim, cold, dark bird is almost certainly an intermedius, but one may ask, why not fuscus?
It's scapular pattern is very like this unidentified Oman gull: P01314, which I think is probably a 2CY fuscus. There is an obvious difference in the moult of the wing-coverts.
