This bird has the jizz of a Caspian Gull, however, the bill is quite bright, as are the legs. The legs are not particularly spindly. It has a good P10 for Caspian, but no black bar on P5. General opinion on this bird is that it is a Caspian Gull. Birds with no black bar on P5 are not rare.
