Ring-billed Gull Next Picture


This stunning bird showed traces of 2nd generation feathers in its scapulars, as well as a barred rump and under tail coverts. It was probably a 2CY Yellow-legged Gull, but it could just possibly have been a Lesser Black-backed Gull Larus fuscus.
