Just when you think you have your brain wrapped around the difference between michahellis and argentatus, you get things like these turn up. I am fairly sure the first of these is a michahellis, the second one I think is probably a michahellis. The third, although similar, looks like a Herring Gull. If it is not, then are we throwing away a lot of michs? Or alternatively, are we mis-identifying some argentatus as michahellis? Is it significant that these turned up on the same day as a very swarthy-looking 3CY mich ?
Postscript: General opinion is that P01137 is a good michahellis and that P01139 is a Herring Gull. However, opinion on P01140 is mixed. Rudy Offereins has seen ringed birds with this kind of appearance which have proved to be Herring Gulls. Although the head looks very like michahellis to me, I could believe that it is a Herring Gull - its plumage is very similar indeed to P01139, which is why I included this bird in the puzzle.
